24th Anniversary Message

Welcome to the 24th Annual Pacific Rim Street Festival (PRSF). On Saturday, May 13, 2017, the Pacific Rim Street Festival brings you another fun-filled community event. This year we decided to go back to our very beginnings when we did not have a theme; I was also reminded the very first year we only made $200. What a learning experience 23 years ago!

Vision & Dream with a look to the Future: Frank Fat wanted us to broaden the understanding and awareness of the Asian Pacific heritage, to showcase the positive contributions to the community, and to lend support to cultural endeavors. He wanted us to understand our differences and also appreciate our cultures. I believe that Frank would be very proud that we are continuing the festival and his legacy.

I would personally like to THANK our Planning Committee members who have been working throughout the year to present this annual festival - you deserve a round of applause for your dedication and commitment to make this festival happen. Also thank you to the sponsors and volunteers; we could not do it without your help.
