The Packard Proving Grounds Historic Site is owned by the Packard Motor Car Foundation which is a 501c3, and all proceeds from events go towards the restoration of the site.
Special Event pricing for weekends (FRI-SAT-SUN) is $3,000 for a 5 hr minimum, $300 per hr for additional hours. Weekdays have a 2 hr min, @ $300 per hour.
Special events include same day set up beginning at 9am. 5 hr time starts at guest arrival, and must conclude by 11:30pm.

Rental cost includes use of 23 - 60" round tables that seat 8 people.
Groups can bring in their own caterer, and we have several caterers and event service providers listed on our web site.
Site is 14 acres.

Lodge Garage - 1600 sq ft
Parking is available on the front lawn, and also behind the gates.
For weddings, there are spaces for indoor and outdoor ceremonies plus indoor and outdoor receptions.
