We are traveling food trailer ready to serve at random locations als available for Catering services.

Our menu is often random New Mexican Food with over 30 years of flavor from the southwest.

Menu includes but not limited tacos...

* Beef
fully garnished with fresh cut vegetables including your choice of Salsa or Pico de gallo

Stuffed or A' la Carte with any plate

Smothered or not

Fresh Homemade whole or refried Beans
Fresh Homemade Spanish or lime Rice

Enchiladas Red or Green choice of meats (casserole, stacked or rolled)

Topo Chico Mineral water
hot or cold mint Tea sweet or unsweet.
