Paidom

Welcome to PaiDom (pronounced "pie-dome")! We are located just east of Nazareth, Texas -- that's a small village about midway between Amarillo and Lubbock. Although we try to steward this land the old-fashioned way, we actually have electricity and even a computer, allowing us to become part of this e-commerce rage and allowing you the convenience of online access to the fruits of our labor.

Since 1994, we have striven to grow and market beef, lamb, goat, pork, chicken, and eggs that are raised in an ecologically accountable manner. Because our meats exceed most organic requirements, we like to say that they are "beyond organic." Our meats are free of all drugs, that is, they never, ever, ever receive any injection, oral drench, pour-on, implant, or any other medication, pesticide, growth promotant, or chemical of any kind. Besides never receiving such drugs, our animals don't even get vaccinations. Our meats are grown exclusively on pasture, including the finishing phase. By spending their entire lives on pasture, our livestock garner the stress-free benefits of humane treatment. And by consuming green, photosynthetic material, our livestock also yield meat with higher levels of vitamins and minerals, as well as more Omega-3 fatty acids and conjugated linoleic acids (CLA's). Finally, our meats are source-verified, so you know without a doubt where the animal was grown, who grew it, and how it was grown. We don't buy our livestock from sale barns. Instead, we nurture them from conception to consumption.
