Paige Consulting Solutions was developed in June 2015 to better serve the growing needs of businesses in Central Pennsylvania. Clarissa has over 8 years of experience in the transportation, oil and gas industries; she has served as Safety and Compliance/HR manager for Quality Energy Resources, and as a Distribution Manager for Paris Healthcare Linens/RMP transportation and most recently as a HR Manager.

With years of experience, Clarissa has become a master at recruiting, training, career development, employee relations, benefits, payroll, safety and compliance issues, and other Human Resources Tasks. Additionally she has developed, participated, and implemented various HR, DOT, and Safety projects including HR Audits, DOT compliance Audits, safety program development, handbook development, and policies and procedures.

Paige Consulting Solutions is an active member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and the local chapter of PHRA (Pittsburg Human Resource Management). They also are licensed as Insurance Producers in the State of Pennsylvania.
