Baek Jong Won, the world famous dining out restaurant franchise first opened its doors in Korea in 2006.
Since then, we have received all sorts of positive opinions from those of different genders and ages for our specialty jjajangmyun (black bean sauce) and jjamppong (spicy seafood and vegetable noodles).
Given the popularity in Korea, the next move was to open up a franchise in New York City, which led to the creation of the first of such stores in June 2016 under the name “Paik’s Noodles”.
At Paik’s Noodle, customers are given a flavorful meal that is bound to be considered affordable to all. As they eat their meals, customers can see via the open kitchen not only the cleanliness and care that goes into the making of their food, but also the effort from our chefs to better satisfy our customers. Unlike traditional Chinese restaurants, which may provide dozens upon dozens of options for their menus, Paik’s Noodle focuses on a select number of dishes for a basic menu not only to keep prices low but also to help increase the actual quality of dishes such as our jjajangmyun, jjamppong, and sweet and sour pork.
“Affordable prices,” “Signature jjamppong and jjangmyun,” “Can you believe the taste of their food?!” These are all sentiments and images that we hope our customers can leave with as they exit our restaurants, as we strive to attain the brand image and recognition that our customers will remember for time to come.
