Paisano's Italian Restaurant has been serving Albuquerque since 1974. Started by Joseph and Joyce Camuglia with humble beginnings as a Pizza and Sub restaurant, it has evolved over the years. Many additions to the existing building over the years gives it a Home-like feel. The Menu has evolved as well. We are Albuquerque's First and Only Fresh Pasta House. We Specialize in Gluten-Free offerings that can't be found anywhere. Veal, Beef, Pork, Poultry, Fish Specialties abound. We have a solid, basic Italian menu prepared head and shoulders above any of our competitors. Our weekly specials truly are SPECIAL, showcasing our Chef's talent and good taste while adhering to traditional Old World Italian preparations. No crazy "nouveau California" combinations.
