Pajaro Valley Loaves and Fishes works in collaboration with the Second Harvest Food Bank and the Pajaro Valley Food Network to ensure that emergency and daily food needs of all persons in the community are met. We bring thousands of pounds of food directly to our neighbors in need.
We provide well-balanced bags of groceries and nutritious meals five days a week through our food pantry and our hot lunch programs. We are the only local food pantry open five days a week ready to serve any needy person in Santa Cruz County.
We stay informed of the impacts of nutrition, poverty, and unemployment in our community and engage in advocacy to end poverty and to promote community food security, nutrition and health.
