Palm Garden of Vero Beach is located on Medical Mile adjacent to Health South and Indian River Medical Center. The Center is the largest in the area consisting of three separate units including a memory care unit. We are committed to leading in the skilled nursing and rehabilitation arena. To help make our residents feel more at ease we have a staff that is fluent in several languages. At least one staff member is fluent in Spanish, French, and Creole to help with better communication for our residents.
