The racial makeup of the CDP was 93.0% White (of which 33.2% were Hispanic/Latino White,) 0.8% African American, 0.2% Native American, 0.6% Asian, 3.2% from other races, and 2.3% from two or more races.There were 1,630 households out of which 43.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 72.5% were married couples living together, 11.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 11.1% were non-families. 8.3% of all households were made up of individuals and 3.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 3.33 and the average family size was 3.49.
