Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Community

Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Club is the first True Texas Beach Resort. The heart of Palmilla Beach is an award winning, Arnold Palmer Designed Signature, links-style golf course carved into 222 acres of windswept Mustang Island dunes.

Surrounding the golf course are 2 mixed-use developments known as Village North & Village South. Village North is a 50-acre residential oasis with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, the golf course, and pristine lakes beaming with wildlife that dot the community. The infrastructure for Village North has been completed and homesites with unparalleled ocean and golf course views are now available for purchase.

Village South is 105 acres of mixed-use raw land, also with breathtaking golf course and gulf views, and is in the design stage of development.

Three hotel properties are planned for Palmilla Beach. The first is a 120 room, full-service hotel and conference center overlooking Island Moorings Marina on 18 acres, just west of the golf course. The northern reach of the golf course will be the site for a beachfront high-rise hotel on approximately 14 acres. The third site lies within the Village North community and is another beachfront site with plans to encompass the future clubhouse at the golf course.

Along with mixed-use properties, hotel properties, and the golf course, Palmilla Beach holds in reserve approximately 349 acres of bay front property for future use.
