Pandamonium Doughnuts

What began in our home kitchen back in 2013 to feed our own doughnut cravings, Pandamonium Doughnuts is now an artisan doughnut shop and one of the few entirely-made-from-scratch doughnut bakeries in Illinois. Which means all our doughnuts are artisan- handmade and created from scratch using scratch ingredients during the early morning hours every day. We use our own unique recipes and techniques and utilizing high-quality, fresh ingredients every day. We also utilize local and organic ingredients whenever possible.

Pandamonium Doughnuts is in the business of creating handmade, specialty gourmet doughnuts with a unique twist and introducing these new, imaginative creations to Champaign-Urbana.

What sets us apart from other doughnut shops is that not only do we offer innovative, original flavors that bring a refreshing update to the pastry we have all grown up eating, but we are also committed to using only fresh, real ingredients that are: organic and local when available and of the highest quality. We utilize pure extracts and incorporate seasonal ingredients throughout the year. Our doughnuts have NO Trans-Fat and NO artificial ingredients and NO preservatives!

We use artisan techniques and make all our doughnuts from scratch each day using the same recipe we developed in our home kitchen a few years ago! And from scratch to us does not mean using pre-made flour mixes or artificial or "natural" icings that come out of a bucket that contain chemical preservatives and stabilizers. Here at Pandamonium, we are a committed from-scratch bakery and make all our doughnuts daily using raw ingredients. We roll out, cut, fry, and decorate all our doughnuts individually by hand.

Since we take the extra time to put in the TLC in all our doughnuts, we are limited on the number of doughnuts we can make the night before, thus we are a small-batch shop with a set number of doughnuts available each day. Consequently, we do sell out fast and we always advise our customers to come early to guarantee a doughnut! As a small, growing business, we are utilizing all our resources to keep up with demand and will always offer as many doughnuts as we can, without sacrificing quality.

*To start we will be a small-batch doughnut operational bakery using a Food Truck to distribute our goods. Meaning we will create a set number of doughnuts every day, load up a truck, hit the streets, and only be open until we sell out of the very last doughnut. Pretty much, think of us as a Doughnut version of an ice-cream truck!

*At the moment the only place to find our doughnuts will be our food truck, through special orders/catering, and at Urbana's Market at the Square farmers market every Saturday. We are hoping to expand our operations as our business grows.
