We are a Personal & Private Chef Company serving the Adirondacks. The owners Chris Winkler and Chef Marjorie Antoniou have 17+ years of total combined experience in the field with emphasis on Italian food, French cuisine, American meals, Latin dishes, and Molecular Gastronomy as well as other cuisines. Chef Chris is a native of this beautiful Adirondack area but has also worked on the east coast. Chef Marjorie was born in France, has worked in Spain for food research and development and has worked all over the USA in many high end restaurants and resorts. Both Chefs have formal Culinary training, Chef Chris from State University of NY at Delhi and Chef Marjorie from Johnson & Wales University.
