Founded in 2008, Dakkar Hunter and his team found that in the world of beverages, most consumers were drinking alcohol for the wrong reasons and was not regarded as an art as it very well should be. The people at Papaya Sky noticed that art and has changed the minds of consumers, glass by glass.

The name Papaya Sky dates back far before the founding of the company. An artists at heart, Dakkar Hunter created drinks for the love and passion he holds for art and uniquely named the company after a drink he soon created after the completion of mixologist schooling. The Papaya Sky and all original pieces created by the company continue to build a name not only for the enterprise, but for the art of the glass.
