Paper Birds is an artisan boutique focusing on eclectic gifts and findings. In true Gemini fashion, Chandra blends the everyday with the fun and funky- creating a unique shopping experience for locals and tourists alike.

As a young girl in LA, Chandra remembers her mother taking her to Melrose and walking through the shops (an experience that was both exciting and slightly terrifying at times LOL). The subtly sarcastic and one-of-a-kind pieces always stood out the most. Having had her own Etsy store in 2013, Chandra knew that her Etsy artist community was where she wanted to start her wholesale search. "It was important to me to spotlight the artist- the creator- not just the item itself. That's the beauty of handmade! It's not just a necklace you got at Target- it was hand forged in Poland by this amazing woman! It's not just a stuffed animal- it was hand sewn with tremendous care and love by the coolest lady in the Ukraine with the cutest little boy! Those signs? The most adorable gal in San Diego does those all by hand! The stories...the people...the experience...the dream...the craft...that's handmade! That is truly one-of-a-kind. That is Paper Birds."

Now in a small-town in Northern California, Chandra has found a niche with her eclectic gift boutique. Community focused and supporting artists both local and abroad, Paper Birds Boutique took us back to our roots- inspiring creativity and a bit of funk...
