Small family owned business. We strive to improve our own recipes and provide the best customer service we can. Our menu includes Belgian walffles, Sandwiches, Salteñas (Bolivian empanadas), and of course Cakes and Pies. Click to the menu at the left of the page to see all of our selections. NOTE ABOUT PARKING AT PAPI'S PIES:
There is parallel parking along both sides of Chisholm Trail Rd, as well as parking on side streets and behind the cafe (you can come in through our back gate if you're parking on Galloping Rd directly behind us).
