Gymnastics Classes
* Paragon Gymnastics’ classes are on-going so you can enroll at any time.
* Tuition is paid monthly.
* Sibling and additional class discounts are available.
* There is a $45 annual registration fee.
* Make up classes can be scheduled through the front desk staff. Tuition will not be prorated for missed classes.

Open Gym

Looking for something fun for the kids to do on Friday or Saturday evening or Sunday afternoon? Paragon Gym for Kids offers supervised Open Gym for kids of all ages. All of the low gymnastics equipment and trampolines are open for them to explore.

WHEN:

* Fridays from 7:30-10:00 pm ($10 per child)
* Saturdays from 6:00-10:00 pm ($15 per child)
* Sundays from 1:00-5:00 pm ($10 per child)

AGES:

* All ages welcome, but children aged 3 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

OTHER:

* All participants must have a signed release on file. (This must be filled out and signed by child’s parent)

Birthday Parties

Let our professional staff entertain your children in a fun and safe environment! Paragon Training Center offers birthday parties to children of all ages. Parties can be booked on Saturdays and Sundays starting at 1:00 p.m. Time slots fill fast, so we recommend booking early!



Team

Paragon Gymnastics is known nationwide for our excellent developmental and competitive team programs. We have had State Champions every year since Paragon opened. The higher competitive level gymnasts travel all over the country. The developmental groups are well-known in the Fredericksburg area for exciting exhibitions at various local functions.

Developmental Teams (Pre Competitive):
Our developmental team program is focused on identifying children with the physical and mental aptitudes for gymnastics as young as age 3. By concentrating on developing their strength, flexibility, and basic skills, the gymnasts are prepared for competitive level gymnastics by the time they reach ages 7-9. The developmental teams workout 2-6 hours per week, depending on their level. Competitive Teams:

Virginia Xcel Optional Program: The Xcel Program is designed to offer a broad-based, affordable competitive experience outside the traditional Jr. Olympic Program to attract and retain a diverse group of athletes.. It is considered part of USAG, it has its own State Meet and the routines are judged using the Level 8 execution guidelines.


Junior Olympic Teams (Levels 3 – Elite):
As a member of USA Gymnastics, Paragon Gymnastics has teams at each of the competitive levels. The competitive level gymnasts train between 10 and 30 hours a week depending on their level.
