We are located at 5 Market Place. This is south of McHaney Drug and the Paragould Daily Press and across from the Paragould High School's sport fields.

We are accepting new patients and will continue to serve patients who have seen us in the past! We will continue to accept most insurance plans. If you should have any questions, please feel free to contact us or drop by the office.

The clinic is staffed with a caring group of providers including Dr. Clarence (Len) Kemp, Dr. Vincent Lee, Cecil Massey, APRN, Justin Kemp, APRN, Teresa Gonzalez, APRN and Judy Leach, APRN. Our providers and staff have over 100 years' of combined experience and have been proudly offering care to people of all ages within Paragould and the surrounding areas.
The clinic is a private practice that is locally owned and operated. This allows us to be more adaptive to the needs of our patients. We are dedicated to your well-being.
