One Bedroom
586 sq. ft.
$465/month (plus a $30 water fee)

Two Bedroom
750 sq. ft.
$525/month (plus a $35 water fee)

Three Bedroom
1,000 sq. ft.
$575/month (plus a $40 water fee)

Security Deposits
One Bedroom $300
Two Bedroom $400
Three Bedroom $500

Pet Policy
$300 Deposit
$10 Monthly Pet Rent Per Pet
Limit of Two Pets
Dog Owners Must Carry Renter’s Insurance

Applying for Park Lane Manor
Each adult over 18 that will be living in the unit must fill out an application (even if they are not working)
Checklist! Bring these items back with you when applying!
- State Issued Photo ID
- Social Security Card
- Two Most Recent Paystubs
- $35 Money Order (per applicant for application fee)
- Money Order For Half Of Your Deposit (which is refundable if you are not approved)
