Park Place II is located across the street from Mason Hall and has 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. The 1 bedrooms are $425 a month. The 2 bed, 1 bath apartments are $600 a month; $300 per roommate.
Park Place III is just behid Pete Matthews Coliesum and the tennis courts and has 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and Townhouse apartments. The 1 bedrooms are $400 a month. The 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartments are $500 a month; $250 per roommate. The townhouse apartments are 2 bed, 1 and a half bath, upstairs/downstairs for $600 a month; $300 per roommate.

The pool and fire pit are located at the Park Place 1 and welcome to all residents. There are laundry mats are Park Place 1 and 3. Water, garbage, and pest control are included with the rent. We are also pet friendly.
