Parker Company Real Estate Services is locally and privately owned in Houston, Texas. We established in 2010 to better serve our clients and the real estate industry. Our Broker-Owner, Carol Parker, has been an active Texas Real Estate Broker since 1989 after beginning her career as a Texas Real Estate Salesperson in 1982. She had a vision to better offer better services to clients and colleagues than what she was able to provide while working for national franchise and corporate brokerages and became a Texas Real Estate Commission certified Pre-Licensing, Test Prep and MCE Instructor. She later earned a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Houston. Her experiences and education still is her motivation to help raise the bar of standards of practice in the Texas real estate industry. Her diligent development of Parker Company Real Estate Services focused on the dedication and honesty provided to clients through educated, experienced sales associates and instructors.
