The Doctors at Parkside have been helping people by accurately treating the root of the problem for over 20 years. The Doctors have certifications in nutrition and strength and conditioning. They own and operate a gym, Columbus Fitness, as well as teach exercise and coach various sports. They have a particular interest in helping people obtain higher levels of health through simple lifestyle strategies. "One of our philosophies is that body's break down in before the breakdown out". Treating the body as a whole with the understanding there are many systems working together as one is important to achieving over-all health and fitness.
