Partners in Health and Wellbeing

Partners in Health and Wellbeing, formerly Center for Mindful Change, is a mindfulness-based practice which provides psychotherapy and acupuncture to clients in the mid-Atlantic region. We have sites in North Wilmington, DE, Newark, DE, and Milton, DE.

PHW incorporates mindfulness based cognitive therapy and meditation in the treatment of mental health issues. We also address the physical needs of our clients by providing acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

We are a collaborative team of experts who provide a holistic approach to mental and physical well-being. We treat the whole person, not just one part of you. When you walk into our doors, you will understand why PHW is such a special place.

The psychotherapists at PHW treat adults, children and families with a variety of issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma-related issues. We also offer classes and believe that well-being can be achieved from within.

We now have three locations to benefit our clients: in North Wilmington, DE, Newark, DE and Milton, DE. We also provide video therapy to clients from all over.
