Class Description & Schedule

Monday & Wednesday
o 8:00 am
Wake-up Shake up
• A high intensity fitness class that promotes weight-loss through the use of low rest interval circuit training. Modalities utilized include: free weights, bands, BOSU, and cardio equipment. This class is ideal for working class individuals seeking a group training session before heading in to start their day.
12:00 pm (Monday only)
Stretching and Balance
Increase flexibility and balance with functional movement patterns. Gain confidence and correct muscle imbalances to improve performance for daily activities and in sport.
6:00pm
Strength Circuit
• Incorporating free, body, and machine weights. Force is applied to specific muscle groups in a push-pull training technique. Training design promotes muscular balance and definition.
Tuesday & Thursday
o 9:30 am
Low Impact
• Open to all fitness levels and age groups. Class design enables total body training using varied modalities which include free-weights, step, bands etc… Form and posture is of emphasis enabling that proper body mechanics are achieved providing precise muscle recruitment.
Saturday
o 9:00 am
Bootcamp
• While incorporating all components of fitness your body will be placed in varied metabolic training zones. Class design is continuously revamped enabling participants to be faced with ever-changing physical demands. Exercise principles administered include: Strength, Power, Agility, Balance, and Core.
o 10 am *
Cardio Dance
• Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness program. The cardio-based dance movements are easy-to-follow steps that include body sculpting, which targets the glutes, legs, arms, core, abs and the most important muscle in the body – the heart.
o 10:00 am **
o Youth Fitness
Open to youth ages 6-12 years old. Class includes: cardio, resistance training, and core strengthening. Youth Fitness class is designed with an emphasis on teamwork and good sportsmanship. At the conclusion, each child will receive a complimentary smoothie snack.

*Class is currently offered on 1st & 3rd Saturday of the month.
