Passage Home is a nonprofit organization that provides an integrated platform of programs and services to serve homeless women, children, and their families.
We have programs to provide transitional and affordable housing, women’s prison re-entry, youth development, community/economic development, and neighborhood revitalization. Many of our programs and services are provided at the Passage Home Safety Club and Community Center, serving youth and families in the surrounding community.
Our main areas of focus are on:
Housing - transitional, permanent, and affordable housing
Youth Development - Tutoring, After-school enrichment, Summer Science Camp, Activities, Meals
Neighborhood Revitalization - housing/business renovation, community gardens, Urban Agriculture
Community Development
Feeding program - monthly family meals, holiday dinners, Urban Ag, Nutrition education
Financial literacy - budget development, tax return assistance
