Located in the heart of the Missouri Headwaters, Pathways Assisted Living exists to provide compassionate, individualized care for you and your loved ones. Our full-service approach extends to the whole family, with long term residential care, short term respite services, and hospice coordinated options available. Our aim at all stages is to provide loving, respectful 24 hour assistance to all members of our small, family-oriented facility.

Due to our high staff to resident ratio, we are able to customize our approach with each resident, providing services tailored to each individual’s needs. These services often include but are certainly not limited to home cooked meals prepared in compliance with specialty diets, weekly massage therapy, transportation coordination, mental health services, contracted home health and physical therapy services, and more.
