We are an internal medicine based primary care practice. We specialize in internal medicine, as well as hospital medicine and independent medical examination. We are also pleased to offer CDL/ DOT physicals. We have an onsite lab in conjunction with LabCorp for your convenience. We are also pleased to have spiromtery and pulmonary function testing, EKG, ankle brachial index testing, and many point of care test on site for your convenience.

We also offer urgent care services at our facility at a reduced rate so we can treat any acute illness with the same quality we provide to our established patients.

We accept all major insurance providers, with the exception of AARP/ UHC which is pending. We also have flexible payment plans set up for the uninsured or people with cash payments.
