Patriots Run

Patriot Day is an annual observance on September 11 to remember those who were injured or died during the terrorist attacks in the United States on September 11, 2001 as well as to honor and support those who have served. Many Americans refer to Patriot Day as 9/11 or September 11.

Patriots Run is a non-profit organization that raises money for the Salvation Army.

We started at 24 hour fitness - our first run. The following year we moved to Two Trails Park which entertained us for several years. The Great Mall of the Great Plans is where we were next. Lots of vendors and space - a great location for a race - but poor for shopping.

As the Great Mall was coming to an end, MidAmerica Nazarene University stepped in to help and we have been there ever since.
