More about Pat's Drive Inn

Originally started as a locally owned small home-style prepared food focusing primarily on hamburgers; cheeseburgers; French Fries; Onion Rings; Ice Cream - hand dipped ice cream and milk shakes; and a Soda Machine. In the beginning there were more flavors than 31 Flavors. Each morning starts with large onions being cut and peeled and hand dipped to make some of the best onion rings you will ever place in your mouth. French Fries at one time were also cut one by one by hand - but now buy them fresh daily and served to you. Locally known to provide more fries in a large order than one person usually will eat. The burgers have various styles for the preparation - PORKY is a Cheeseburger with Ham; Frisco Burger is a Cheeseburger with Chili; Beefeater is double meat. The hamburgers and cheeseburgers are some of the best you will ever eat and local community have voted us the Best in each category of the menu. If you are interested in SALAD - try the Cheeseburger or Porky Salad (everything but the bun) with various types of dressing available.
We invite you to try PAT'S and to share us with your family and friends. We pray to continue to serving this community for many more years in our future and that of our family.

One little well known fact is that both Jimmy and Patsy (PAT) have given many thousands of dollars back to the community in numerous ways; to individuals; to churches; to schools, and many community events. As a young teenager, I recall mom giving the keys to her business to the church and say – “Get what you need”. Also little known fact is that mom and dad were completely blind to color and raised their children to be that way with a firm hand – they never saw the color of skin.

They both grew up in a less than modest environment and never lost track of who they were and maintained a soft heart for all people. Dad coached several years local little league Boys Club Football teams and won the local TOY BOWL with the Midget and Triple A REDBIRDS. Dad always sought to reach out to kids in North Side; which was his neighborhood as a kid as well as moms; after moving to town from Charlie, TX.

For LARGER orders we will deliver when the order is placed and planned for at least a day in advance - call 940-322-3531 and ask for Christie; Cindy or Heather.
