Look to the left as you enter the Eastern portion of beautiful Doniphan, Missouri, and on the hill you will see our two level restaurant and lounge.

You will note that Rocky River Inn is right next door! You can easily find a comfortable room and then head to Patsy's for some local entertainment.

On the first floor, Patsy's Journeyman Restaurant is always serving up breakfast as well as the best southern cuisine around! Patsy is an avid horse lover and loves to visit with her customers - everyone is treated like family!

Take time to visit locals as they sip coffee at Patsy's. They'll gladly tell you all about Current River and other area attractions. After 3 pm, customers can also order beer, wine or spirits with their meals, thanks to our onsite lounge located upstairs.

WEEKDAY BUFFET: Monday thru Friday, Patsy has a buffet ready for those who need a quick and tasty meal before returning to work or errands. Enjoy the supremely low price of $6.99 for all you can eat!

FRIDAY NIGHTS: Every Friday Night, Patsy cooks up an amazing ALL YOU CAN EAT SEAFOOD BUFFET and SALAD BAR for only $9.99.

SATURDAY EVENINGS: The expansive menu includes PRIME RIB on Saturdays after 4 pm, or take advantage of our STEAK DINNERS for TWO - only $27.99.

SUNDAYS: Sundays are the best if you love Roast Beef, Fried Chicken, Chicken N Dumplings, Sweet Potatoes and homemade cornbread dressing (to name a few!). The all you can eat Sunday Buffet lasts from approximately 10:30 am - 4 pm.

BUSY SEASON: Our location is the ideal pit stop for travelers and summer is our busiest season. Feel free to call ahead if you have a large group and we will secure your reservations in either our SMOKING or NON-SMOKING dining rooms.

UPSTAIRS at Patsy's Hitch N Rail, you can enjoy this same delightful menu as well as the largest selection of beer, wine and spirits in this area! Unwind as you make use of our numerous pool tables, dart boards, and Keno - and on the weekends - Karaoke and Dance!
