hospitality of family and friends surrounds you. Family owned and operated, Pauline Linscott started Paulina’s with one main focus. To welcome you to her kitchen for the comforts and love of a warm home cooked meal with the taste of Mexico.
Originating from Santa Barbara California, Pauline is one of 17 siblings who moved to Michigan when she was 12 years of age.
Now an entrepreneur and mother of 10 children, Pauline is happy to share her home-style cooking with her customers.
She and her twin sister Paulette share in the cooking,
refining, and perfecting of their Mother’s recipes
so the tastes are just like Mom used to make.
Freshly made tortillas and Pauline’s original
salsa recipe accompany almost every meal!
