Our first floor home offers a spacious open floor plan: living room, dining room and kitchen with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a screened patio with a view of the golf course. When designing our home, our goal was to create a relaxing and comfortable retreat for ourselves and our guests. True Blue is a first-class, top rated resort. There are four pools and hot tubs in areas located within the resort with one just steps from your condo. Also, there is a tennis court,an on-site restaurant, bar and pro shop at the clubhouse along with a golf school for lessons from the pros.
Our home is ideally located on True Blue Plantation Golf Course surrounded by the natural beauty of this spectacular 290 acre resort and just a 5 minute drive to the beach, close to area festivals, attractions, shopping, fine and casual dining, historic plantation tours, bike trails, world class golf and so much more it is the perfect home away from home for avid golfers, beach lovers, families and snowbirds.

The Beach:
The beach is peaceful and pristine, and renowned for its surf. Fishing is available both in the surf and from our two marsh bridges. Pawley’s is a family beach where you can enjoy crabbing off a crab dock, shelling, biking and canoeing or kayaking. The ambiance is laid back. During high tide explore the salt marsh with your own kayak or rent one. Swimming, fishing and sunning are just a few of the activities that await you

Fishing & Boating:
With five freshwater rivers, the Intracoastal Waterway, swamps, saltwater creeks, bays, inlets and miles of coastline along the Atlantic Ocean, Georgetown County offers an endless adventure for boaters and fishermen. The blackwater river in Georgetown County are beautiful and bountiful. Winding through miles of cypress swamp, these waters shelter bass, bream, warmouth and catfish year-round. Boaters also run up these rivers. They come to view the native species of birds and other wildlife, and to picnic on the sandy shores that breach the curtain of cypress and marsh on the water’s edge. Murrells Inlet provides boat, kayak, jet skis, and Wave Runner rentals or parasailing.

Biking:
The Neck is a paved cycling and walking trail through woods, residential areas and over bridges from Murrells Inlet to Pawleys Island. It encompasses 12 scenic miles. Beach roads are also very bicycle-friendly and are great for walking and inline skating as well.


Huntington Beach State Park-
This 2,500-acre park is considered one of the finest bird-watching domains on the east coast. Among the waterfowl are the great blue heron, snowy egret, oystercatcher and eastern brown pelican. Hikers can venture through a nature trail that extends into the forest and winds along boardwalks in the marsh, where visitors can view alligators from observation decks.

Georgetown County’s rich history truly comes alive when you take part in one of the many historic tours.

Brookgreen Gardens:
This is the country’s first public sculpture garden and has the largest collection of figurative sculpture garden; you will find the Lowcountry Zoo where you can see native animals in their natural habitats. There is also the only known aviary built over an existing cypress swamp.

Shopping:
Pawley’s Island has many quaint stores and shops where you can find everything from art, souvenirs and artisan crafts. Don’t forget to stop by the original Pawley’s Island Rope Hammock Company . If you need more shopping, checkout the Tanger Outlets, The Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, the shops along Front Street in Georgetown.

Other Attractions:
Murrells Inlet, Seafood Capital of South Carolina. Murrells Inlet known for its wonderful restaurants and nightlife.
Major entertainment in Myrtle Beach, SC to includes live shows, dining, water parks, and amusement parks within 30 minutes north.
History and folklore are plentiful in "Low Country". Georgetown is a historic seaport located just ten minutes south of Pawleys Island. Attractions include tours of grand old estates and plantations that provide a glimpse into the past when rice was king, indigo was a major commodity, and Georgetown was the wealthiest county in the nation.
Just over an hour south, Charleston makes for a great day trip.

Pawley’s Island is a golfer’s paradise. There are thirteen challenging golf courses in our immediate area (over 100 along the entire Grand Strand), designed by notable greats that include Mike Stranz, Jack Nicklaus, Pete Dye and Tom Fazio.

Other activities include fishing in the surf for seasonal selections or flounder fishing, shrimping and crabbing in the salt water creeks. Nothing compares to an evening meal of fresh seafood. Enjoy the quiet solitude of the creeks as you wait for a nibble on your line. Inshore and Gulf Stream fishing excursions are available on charters from Murrells Inlet and Georgetown
