More about Pawsome Rescue Project

We are NOT flippers nor do we have any intentions other than caring for animals and giving them a chance at a good life ( if not with us, than a loving family).

Every medicine, vet visit, de-wormer, flea treatment, spay or neuter, comes straight from our pockets. I would never try to profit off of any of the animals. All I ask is for a small rehoming fee so that I can make a little of my money back to put into another animal.

Last year alone I spent well over $1,000 just getting a fence put in so that our rescues would have a safe place to run and play without having to be subject to a leash. We purchased our own kennels, puppy pads, formula, and dog food. These things add up and I'm extremely appreciative for any rescues that can share our name and help me with funding for vetting.

As of now the animals we receive are treated through East side Animal Hospital and are spayed/neutered through Animal Allies. I do not take in animals who need extra medical attention right now ie: splints/slings/ivs etc. because we are not funded yet and I can only pay for so much.

We research people that we associate with as a rescue and that we consider for the adoption of our fur babies. There is a phone interview, application, and in some cases, a home interview. If someone already has animals, we do encourage the meeting between all. We always work with our animals to kennel train, leash walk, get on a potty schedule, and having a good temperament with people and other pets.

We have huge hearts, an acre of land, a fenced area, too many toys to count, and the patience to work with animals. I think this is a good place to start. I started this Facebook in hopes that others will see we are just here to help and stand up for the animals that cannot stand for themselves.
