Paxton Drama Club

A new drama club is emerging in Paxton.The first production will be a staged reading of Thornton Wilder's “Our Town," a 1938 three-act play based on the fictional New England town, Grover's Corners, from 1901 to 1913. A staged reading is like performing a radio play before a live audience with emphasis on voice acting. Several additional male and female readers are needed for the scheduled performances on April 30 and May 1. Rehearsals will be one hour a week initially and then subsequently every other week.
