February 19, 2012 is the official date set for the kick-off for our year of celebrating 50 years of service to God.

The date of charter was February 26, 1962. As well as our regular services on the 19th, there will be a special Vesper service at 4 p.m. followed by a historic review by both Muskego and New Berlin Historical Societies. There will be a question and answer period following the presentation, cake and coffee will be served in Founder's Hall. Children's activities will be provided during the service.

During March the Lenten dinners and services will be held, April includes our wonderful celebration of Easter including an Easter Egg Hunt, May will be an organ/concert recital debuting a new music piece written especially for our 50th celebration, and in June, July and August concerts on the lawn will again be provided. In August we are planning an open house which will highlight Little Lambs Academy as well as Peace offerings for members and the community, September will kick off the old fashioned Rally Day Picnic welcoming everyone back from the summer months. October will see the presentation of the 50th Anniversary Quilt. In November we will look to the future of Peace as it relates to the planning commissions of Muskego and New Berlin. The Advent season again provides dinners and services to which members and community are welcomed. And to culminate the year's celebration of 50 years, we will host a New Year's Eve Party welcoming 2013.
