The farm arenas, fields, and fences, are maintained by professionals and the highest grade equipment.

Head Trainer
Business women, yogi, scientist, and trainer, Jaclyn Sicoli, keeps herself and her equestrian community busy. Jaclyn's passion for training and teaching started her professional equestrian journey in 2004 after receiving a BS in Biochemistry from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Starting at the age of 10 years old, Jaclyn had competed from Short Stirrup to the Medal Maclay in equitation and hunters. Dressage training was just the challenge she was looking for with history, theory, and years worth of information to learn and master. Full time training commenced in 2004 and continues today. Three separate apprenticeships with Grand Prix trainers gave Jaclyn years of hands on experience training horses from birth to FEI. Jaclyn has worked as a breed show handler, regional and national competitor, and as the first one in the saddle for countless horses. Her greatest joy is having the opportunity to bring a horse or rider through the levels, helping them navigate the increasing demands of the training scale and technicalities of competition. Many of Jaclyn's students students have followed in her footsteps, training their own horses with Jaclyn and experiencing the milestones and breakthroughs together. Jaclyn has competed through Intermediare 1, earned her USDF Bronze and Silver Medals, and the necessary scores to enter the "r" USDF Judge's Program. Two of Jaclyn's original articles have been nationally published in Dressage Today magazine. Both articles described Jaclyn's passions, one for young horse training, and the other for yoga. Jaclyn is a Alumni of the Harmony Sporthorses Young Horse Trainers Symposium, USDF "L" Graduate with distinction, and former Board Member and Chairperson of the Potomac Valley Dressage Association. Jaclyn lives 10 minutes from Woodvale Farms with her husband Luke and two dogs.

Training and Barn Staff
Erin Hudson came to POM with diverse equestrian experiences which stem from her passion for every thing horsey! In addition to previously earning her USDF Bronze Medal, Erin also competed in Endurance and Barrel Racing. She can often be seen hacking bareback around the farm. Erin shares her affection with all of the horses in her care and enjoys braiding, bathing, and cuddling. Erin is training her "puzzle" of a handsome horse, Doc, a 8 year old Friesian/TB who she started under saddle herself. Erin and Doc are making quick work of Second Level movements but remaining at First Level competitively in order to build the communication needed for competition level performances. Erin's sensitive and compassionate riding is appreciated by our horses in training. Horses thrive on consistency in their programs and are more willing to work for riders who reward them for their efforts. Erin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Equine Business Management in May of 2014. Upon graduating in May, she spent six months working for eventer Mark Weissbecker. Erin has ridden dressage for over 10 years, and have competed up to Fourth Level as well as earned her USDF Bronze Medal. During her time at St. Andrews she competed on the IDA Dressage Team for two years as well as the IHSA Western Team for two years.

Assistant Instructor and Barn Staff
Courtney has laid a strong basic foundation while training her own horse, Picasso, who she has worked with for the last 7 years, starting at age 3. Over the past few years Courtney has balanced a busy school and work schedule with teaching and training...still her results have been excellent. Currently, Courtney and Picasso are straightening out the flying changes (literally), adding bend to the half-passes, and developing strength and self-carriage for the medium paces. This pair is nearly prepared to earn their USDF Bronze Medals scores. This is in addition to Courtney's progress and experience in eventing which she will continue going forward. Courtney is a recent graduate from the University of Maryland with a degree in Agriculture Science and Technology and Secondary Science Education. Courtney and Picasso have competed to First Level dressage and Novice Level eventing. Courtney was a favorite instructor at Reddemeade Farm and came with high recommendations for work teaching, training, and handling sales. Courtney has experience working with Stephen Bradley and Jimmy Woford and brings an enthusiasm for top quality horsemanship and equitation.
