This brand new community will have month-to-month rental pricing instead of expensive buy-in fees. Peakview is scheduled to open in Summer 2015 and is already taking reservations.

Peakview Assisted Living and Memory Care will offer spacious studio, one and two bedroom apartments. The community will also offer many on-site activities, daily exercise, weekly entertainment, weekly religious services and more. The monthly rental includes chef prepared meals, all amenities, transportation and housekeeping.

At Spectrum Retirement Communities we pride ourselves in delivering the highest standard of care for our residents. We also strive to facilitate independent living, offering the autonomy residents need to lead a healthy, happy life. Our unique programs and amenities are designed to offer a lifestyle that complements the independence our residents' desire with the quality of personal care they need. Our professionally trained nursing staff will meet with each resident and their family to identify need-based assistance so that the resident only pays for the services needed.

Centennial, Colorado offers a lifestyle which strikes a balance between having easy access to a thriving metropolitan area while living in the tranquility of beautiful open space and mountain views. Peakview is located near E470 and Smoky Hill at Liverpool; with easy access to shopping, restaurants, medical centers and parks plus an incredible view of the Colorado mountain range.
