Welcome to Pelican’s SnoBalls! We serve true New Orleans style snoballs, ice cream, and more. Over 100 flavors of fluffy, delicious snow in Apex, NC!

At Pelican’s SnoBalls, we specialize in New Orleans style Sno Balls - a very light and fluffy snow which retains the juice very well. From the smooth fluffy snow right down to the Pelican Bucks that strangely resemble Mardi Gras doubloons, Pelican's is the place. We also serve amazing homemade ice cream.

Combine our dozens of flavors with a superb family atmosphere, and Pelican’s is a great place to cool down and chill out in North Carolina. Our Cary location offers a 18 hole mini golf course too.
