Neapolitan pizzas using high quality traditional ingredients like Prosciutto Di Parma, Buffala Mozzarella, Calabrian Salami, 24 month aged Parmigiano Reggiano along with some unique toppings like Basil jam, mikes hot honey, bourbon maple, bloody marry tomatoes, confit tomatoes, duck prosciutto and pistachio pesto.

Also available on the dinner menu is homemade pastas including both extruded semolina pasta using our imported pasta maker and fresh hand formed using imported 00 Caputo flour. Creating traditional dishes along with featuring flavored pastas such as, chestnut, red wine, saffron, and pepperanata.

Also featuring the Pomodoro banquet and private dining room, the facility can host a banquet or event of up to 75 people.
