Hello My name is Perla and I have lived in Manatee County most of my life. I attended elementary, middle and graduated from Palmetto High School in 1982. I have been a go-getter all my life, and one thing is for sure about me, I am not afraid of challenges. My professional life began in the banking industry then into retail and eventually as an administrative assistant for the Palmetto Chief of Police. I also earned a degree in legal assisting and worked as a paralegal for a local law firm.

Always looking forward to a new challenge, I decided to enter into the Real Estate Profession over 14 years ago. My knowledge of the property management business is so vast that I have been called as an expert witness in several court cases in Manatee and Sarasota Counties in Property Management Litigation cases. I was also awarded Property Manager of the year in 2005 with my previously affiliated Real Estate company. I have an outstanding reputation with other Realtor`s and Brokers and my integrity has never been challenged.

Throughout my professional career I have always been driven to excel both personally and professionally and in 2014 I had another opportunity to grow and join a leader in the Property Management and Leasing Industry.
