The Perry Poe Real Estate Company was established in 1961 with Perry obtaining his real estate and auctioneers license. This company has conducted nearly 3000 auctions and approximately 1000 charity auctions.
We sell it all! Specializing in buying and selling real estate privately or at auction including homes, farms, acreage, lots, or commercial property. Covering Bracken, Mason, Robertson, as well as parts of Pendleton and Campbell County.
The office also does appraisal work for most lending institutions or residential, farm, and commercial property. Working along side Perry is Eric Fegan, TJ Burton, and Joe Goecke as auctioneers, realtors, and appraisers.
