Our team lies within and outside of Perry Reid Properties – Development. We have talented individuals within the company who can get the job done from land acquisitions to final lease-up but we also have strength in our other team members that includes legal, architectural, engineering and other professional liaisons that form the back bone of multifamily housing development.

Our surface goal is to have no fewer than two active properties under development at all times.
