Persimmons symbolize transformation, we symbolize culinary transformation. We want common Asian ingredients to be redefined as an emotional journey on the pallet. With local fresh ingredients and a community driven atmosphere we’d like for our dishes to be a twist of what is familiar.

What is Asian Fusion? It's a mix of different culinary traditions. Common flavors intensified in a modern way. The unexpected becomes a sense of flavor enlightenment.

We are each unique in culinary culture, our cooking style allows for ingredients to be intermingled to create a melody of contemporary cuisine. With the heart of Persimmon steeped in tradition we are pushing the boundaries of simplified complex ingredients. Let the flavors speak.

Our beverages are hand crafted to balance and find Zen with in ourdishes. Never do we want to overshadow our fresh ingredients.

Each beverage from tea and coffee, cocktails to our wine selection is a compliment to each dish. Our wine is mainly local as well as a few from
afar but all are a highlighted layer to each dish.

Who we are? Each of us is a combination of flavors united into a
family. We are a community. Six Persimmons are a symbol of enlightenment. We are culinary enlightenment. Committed to all those who join on our journey. We suggest that our food be shared. We would like to open our hearts and share with you what is Persimmon.
