Personal Health Reflections

Personal Health Reflections is a non-profit educational service company owned and operated by Karren Turner and Heather Gerrick, and based out of Chico, California.

Due to the demands and pace of our busy lives, the effects of work and careers, raising families, economic stress, peer pressure and an aging population, have been taking a significant toll on our personal health.

With increased rates of disease like diabetes, cancer, auto-immune disorders, and other maladies like obesity, hormonal chaos and drug addictions on the rise in North America, many studies indicate we’re in the midst of a health crisis. Too often much of our attention is directed in other facets of day-to-day life, with less priority being given to taking care of ourselves.

But we can change this! It can be done with education that promotes a self-reliant proactive commitment to managing our overall health and well-being. Personal Health Reflections (PHR), will provide the necessary stepping stones to achieve that end.
