I am a Certified AFAA Personal Trainer, and EMT, I am looking to offer personal training services to help motivate and reach your fitness goals. I like to make workouts fun but challenging to your body. I offer custom meal plans, I also write up workout plans to speed up your results. I had many clients so far that had success with reaching there goals!

I currently train at Snap Fitness in Mt. Union, message me for pricing and The Summit in Altoona < must pay there prices there since employed. I also will train at your home or mine. Prices vary depending where you train!
