Katrina Rude, LMT, RBT- Owner has more than 20 years of experience offering comprehensive wellness consultation sessions focusing on trouble-shooting chronic pain patterns, mind-body stress adaptation and performance enhancement.
For the past year she has been expanding her skills with new therapeutic techniques, along with assisting the developer of a new restorative breast therapy.

For other clients, the specific combination of techniques will depend individual needs.

Integrative massage, also known as eclectic massage, involves the application of different hands-on techniques to help stimulate atrophied muscles and release compressed soft tissue.

Therapeutic massage differs from relaxation massage in that the goal of the sessions is not relaxation.

Rebecca is a highly skilled aesthetician, and massage therapist with over 12 years’ skin care experience. She uses only All Professional Organic and Natural Premium Products, as well as utilizing the latest technology like led light micro current and ultrasonic facials. Services offered are: Full Body Skin Treatments, Natural Spray Tans, and Facials

$10-10min 1 area, (scalp, feet, hands, neck, shoulders)
$20-15min Chair Massage or 1-2 areas
$35-30min Focused relief of tension areas
$60-1hr Full body/focused relief of tension areas. Ideal for mild stress and relaxation.
$90-1 1/2hr Complete therapeutic relief. Allows time for full body massage plus dedicated relief of key areas that cause tension, stress and pain. Ideal for neglected stress, tight muscles or persistent pain.
$120-2hr Maximum therapeutic relief
Ample time for full body massage, various modalities and dedicated relief of chronic stress or pain. Ideal for chronic stress, tension and/or pain.
Reflexology:
Certified $30 1/2hr $60 1hr
