Pet Crematory Agency has been servicing the New York and Long Island area since 1996. The Pet Crematory Agency is fully licensed, bonded and insured to operate as a pet cremation facility in the State of New York. We abide by the NYSDEC code to maintain the operation of a cremation facility. We are proud members of the International Association of Pet Cemeteries and we adhere and uphold their standards for conduct.
Do You Have A Cemetery?

Yes, as part of the Regency Group, we can offer burial accommodations to pet owners.
Do You Have A Funeral Home?

The Pet Crematory Agency does offer private viewings for all private cremations in our viewing area. Private viewings are by appointment and can be arranged easily with the help of one of our representatives.

What types of Cremation are available?

Private: Only one pet is placed in the crematory and cremated, with the cremated remains returned to the client.
Communal: To cremate several pets in a crematory at one time with no regard for keeping pets separated. This process allows for the commingling of cremated remains. No cremated remains are returned to the client.
Individual: More than one pet is placed in the crematory and cremated at the same time with some form of separation between pets such as trays, refractory bricks, or space. Pet’s location in crematory is documented and pets are removed one at a time and kept separated. Each pet’s individual cremated remains are returned to the client.

Can I View the Private Cremation?

Yes. We welcome all pet owners to view the individual cremation of their beloved pet. We offer the privacy and space to view the cremation service.

How Do I Know I’m Getting The Right Cremains Back?

Over the years, we have standardized our pet handling systems and processes. Aftercare handling has been one of the largest issues surrounding cremation for humans as well as pets. Every pet that enters our facility has an authorization form which identifies the owner and the pet, each pet is tagged and logged in according to the type of cremation requested. As stated the family and family members are welcome to arrange to view the individual cremation.
How Much Does Cremation Cost?

Pet cremation is generally priced according to the size of the pet and the owner’s choice between Private, Individual, or Communal Cremation. Please contact our office during business hours for cost information.
Can I bring My Pet To You Myself?

Yes a pet owner can transport their own pet to our facility directly during business hours.
What If My Pet Dies At Home?

We can pick-up your pet for cremation services from your home between 8am – 10pm Monday – Sunday. We are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for immediate emergency service.
Do You Work With My Veterinarian?

We are happy to work with any veterinarian.
What If I Don’t Live In New York?

We can service a pet owner outside of the New York area.
If I Can’t Travel To Pet Crematory Agency, Can The Cremations Be Mailed To Me?

Yes. We can ship all cremains and urns to your location via express carriers. Please contact us for rates.
