Petland Summerville

Petland Summerville is a "Community" store which means we do not "sell" pure breed puppies. We specialize in pet products, dog and cat food, toys, liter, collars, leashes etc. We also carry all your small animal needs such as bedding, chew toys and food. We have a large selection of bird food, toys, bedding and cages. We have a variety of small animals available such as hamsters, bunnies, ferrets, chinchillas, large birds, parakeets, snakes, geckos, turtles and bearded dragons. Our store works hand in hand with Frances Willis SPCA to help them adopt cats and dogs. In the first year of businees we have found homes for 28 dogs and 58 cats. The store manager is our "Foster Mom" and takes the dogs home with her in the evenings. We usually try to foster the hard to adopt dogs and cats, the older pets or we have even had two deaf bullies that we have found homes for. The Lowcountry Pet Vaccine Clinc comes once a month which supplies low cost pet care for our customers which has been a huge success.
