If you love pets, Petrock Hotel and Spa is the place you've always dreamed of. We offer luxurious accommodations and incredible service, while incorporating great music to enhance your experience. Our amenities include Concierge Service, Spa, Play (our play area), and our signature Petrock Hotel Penthouses and Suites. We recommend reservations.

Upon your first Petrock experience, we will create a profile that includes your pet’s information, vaccinations, and special instructions. In addition you can select your favorite musical artists, bands, or genres. Your personal musical preferences along with that of other guests will be played during your pet’s visit.

Petrock Spa offers you the best and most experienced groomers and stylists in the business. We offer a wide variety of custom hair, nail, and costume designs, such as a Halloween costume, wedding outfit, or favorite sports team attire. We will make sure your pet looks their best. We also offer non-anesthetic dental cleaning to help your pet maintain their great smile.

Pet safety is a priority at Petrock Hotel and Spa. Our employees are experienced animal medical professionals. We ensure that all pets that interact in our play area have been tested for intestinal parasites and have been dosed with a veterinary-recommended flea treatment. In addition the floors of Play are made with a cushioned material that is designed to support pets’ joint and bone health.


Petrock Hotel and Spa is open 7 days a week, Monday – Friday from 8 am to 7 pm and Saturday – Sunday from 9am to 5:30pm. Early drop-off is available upon request.

At Petrock Hotel and Spa, we also provide a top notch Pet Travel service. Whether you are moving out of the country or relocating to another state, let us handle all the specifics. We will take care of all the expediting necessary for your pet’s safe and secure travel arrangements.
