The population density was 117.9 people per square mile (45.5/km²). There were 491 housing units at an average density of 55.0/sq mi (21.2/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 99.15% White, 0.19% African American, and 0.66% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.47% of the population.There were 423 households out of which 32.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 61.9% were married couples living together, 10.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 23.9% were non-families. 22.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 7.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.49 and the average family size was 2.90.In the CDP, the population was spread out with 23.6% under the age of 18, 8.0% from 18 to 24, 29.2% from 25 to 44, 27.1% from 45 to 64, and 12.3% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 37 years. For every 100 females there were 101.3 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 93.0 males.
